Everrenew Energy Private Limited, a leading integrated project management company specializing in Wind, Solar, and Hybrid energy projects—including asset management services—has announced the appointment of Pankaj Tandon as its new Chief Executive Officer. He takes over from Venkatesh R, who has moved on to pursue new professional opportunities.
Tandon brings with him more than 30 years of leadership experience across EPC, infrastructure, and international business domains. He has previously held senior positions at top-tier organizations such as Jakson Group, KEC International, and Transrail Lighting. Over the years, he has successfully driven growth and operational excellence across diverse markets in South Asia, Africa, Europe, and Southeast Asia, focusing on scaling businesses, improving profitability, and fostering strategic alliances.
Beyond his corporate roles, Tandon is an active contributor to several industry policy forums. He has been associated with SAARC Chamber, BIMSTEC, IEEMA, CII, and FICCI, and notably served as the Chairman of the T&D (Projects Division) at IEEMA.
Academically, he is a qualified Cost Accountant (ICMA), holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM) from MDI Gurgaon, and has completed the Global Leadership Program at ISB Hyderabad.
Under his leadership, Everrenew Energy aims to enhance its turnkey solutions in the renewable energy space with an emphasis on innovation, execution excellence, and long-term value creation.
