TVS Motor Company has announced the appointment of Madhu Manral Srivastava as President and Group Head – Human Resources, according to an exchange filing dated February 7, 2026.
Srivastava will be based in Bengaluru and joins the organisation with extensive cross-industry human resources leadership experience. Her background spans multiple sectors, including natural resources, oil and gas, financial services, telecom, and manufacturing. The appointment comes at a time when TVS Motor Company is advancing its global expansion strategy across mobility, financial services, and real estate.
Commenting on the development, Sudarshan Venu, Chairman of TVS Motor Company, emphasised the strategic importance of the leadership addition.
He also acknowledged the contributions of R. Anandakrishnan, recognising his long-standing association with the group.
Prior to joining TVS Motor Company, Srivastava served as Global CHRO at Vedanta, where she led enterprise-wide people strategy initiatives and played a key role in major HR integrations, including the acquisition of Cairn India and other businesses. During her tenure, she focused on leadership development, strengthening organisational capability, and driving culture transformation amid periods of significant growth and change.
Following her transition, Vedanta has appointed Neha Sharma as Group CHRO, effective February 10.
Earlier in her career, Srivastava held the role of CHRO at Cairn Oil & Gas and also served as Group Head of Talent Acquisition, Diversity & Inclusion. In these roles, she was instrumental in building global leadership pipelines and advancing early-career talent programmes.
Her professional journey includes senior HR leadership positions at Citibank, Genpact, Reliance Infocom, GE Capital International Services, and Godrej, providing her with broad exposure to large-scale talent strategies and commercially driven HR operations.
Academically, Srivastava is a Science graduate and holds an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad. She also possesses certifications in leadership coaching and organisational development, further strengthening her credentials in people and culture leadership.
