In his new role, Dr. Agrawal will oversee operational performance, strategic execution, clinical and non-clinical administration, and initiatives aimed at enhancing patient care across the organization.
Dr. Agrawal brings extensive experience in hospital operations, clinical administration, healthcare strategy, and patient care delivery. Throughout his career, he has led operational transformation initiatives, strengthened healthcare delivery systems, improved patient outcomes, and contributed to organizational growth across leading healthcare institutions.
Before joining Yatharth Super Speciality Hospital, he served in several leadership roles at Dharamshila Narayana Superspeciality Hospital, including Director of Operations (Medical and Non-Medical), Senior Medical Superintendent, and Head of Medical Operations.
He also held the position of Clinical Lead – NCR Region at Narayana Health and served as Senior Manager – Operations at Max Smart Superspeciality Hospital. Earlier in his career, he worked as Lead – Business & Technical Healthcare Skill Development at Max Institute of Health Education and Research and as Senior Healthcare Consultant at EY.
His professional experience further includes leadership and clinical roles at Urgent Care (AapKa Urgicare Pvt. Ltd.), Croydon Health Services NHS Trust, Kailash Healthcare Ltd., and Max Healthcare. Over the years, he has gained expertise across hospital administration, healthcare consulting, emergency medicine, operational management, and healthcare education.
With a career spanning multiple healthcare organizations and leadership positions, Dr. Agrawal brings significant operational and clinical management experience to his new role at Yatharth Super Speciality Hospital.
