Imperial Auto Industries has appointed Prashant Srivastava as its Chief People Officer, strengthening its leadership team as the company continues to enhance its people and culture agenda.
With more than 25 years of experience in human resources, industrial relations, administration, and organizational development, Prashant will lead the company’s strategic HR initiatives, focusing on people strategy, culture building, talent management, leadership development, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness. In his new role, he will play a key part in advancing Imperial Auto’s people practices and supporting its long-term growth strategy.
Before joining Imperial Auto Industries, Prashant served as Senior Vice President – HR, Admin & CSR at Greenlam Industries. Over the course of his career, he has also held leadership positions at Orient Electric, TNT Logistics, Schneider Electric, Tyco, Alstom, and Powerlinks Transmission Ltd., gaining extensive experience across manufacturing and corporate environments.
An alumnus of Xavier Institute of Social Service (XISS), Ranchi, Prashant is recognized for building high-performing, people-centric organizations and driving transformational HR initiatives across diverse businesses.
