Kusumgar Limited, a manufacturer of technical textile fabrics, has appointed Ratan Jha as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP), effective August 11, 2026.
The appointment was approved by the company’s Board of Directors based on the recommendations of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Audit Committee.
Ratan Jha is a finance professional with over 18 years of experience across financial planning and analysis, accounting, taxation, treasury, internal audit, IPOs, compliance and finance transformation.
Prior to joining Kusumgar, Jha served as Head of Business Finance at Epsilon Carbon Pvt Ltd, a position he held since June 2019. His responsibilities included FP&A, SAP implementation, group growth forecasting, Ind AS, consolidation, accounting and auditing, tax compliance, treasury and team building.
Earlier, he was the CFO of Shree Pushkar Chemicals & Fertilisers Limited, where he spent nearly eight years. During his tenure, he worked across IPOs, private equity, M&A, investor relations, fundraising, treasury, SAP, IT, Ind AS and tax compliance.
Jha has also worked with Prabhudas Lilladher Private Limited and Bhandari and Associates in finance and accounting roles. His earlier experience includes fund management, risk management, treasury operations, statutory and tax audits, tax advisory and internal audit consulting.
He is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Master of Commerce from Mumbai University. He has also completed an Executive Education Programme in Organisational Leadership from IIM Calcutta.
