Lohia Corp Limited has elevated Jagdip Kumar to the position of Chief Digital & Information Officer (CDIO), expanding his responsibilities across the company’s digital and information technology functions.
Kumar previously served as Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Lohia Corp, a position he held from December 2020 to March 2026. He took on the CDIO role in April 2026.
In his new role, Kumar will focus on driving digital transformation, strengthening enterprise technology capabilities, and aligning technology initiatives with business objectives.
Kumar brings over 25 years of experience in technology leadership, with expertise across IT strategy, digital transformation, SAP, enterprise technology, AI, IoT, and business process transformation.
Before joining Lohia Corp, Kumar spent more than a decade with Cosmo Films Limited, where he held various IT leadership roles, including General Manager – Head IT, Dy. General Manager – Head IT, and Assistant General Manager – Applications. Earlier, he held IT roles at VE Commercial Vehicles, Welspun India Ltd, and Jindal Poly Films Ltd.
With his elevation to CDIO, Kumar will take on a broader mandate covering Lohia Corp’s digital and information technology functions.
