C5i has appointed Krishnan Venkata as President & Chief Operating Officer, bringing more than two decades of experience across technology, data, analytics, AI and knowledge services.
In his new role, Krishnan will lead Client Relationships, Sales, Account Management and Partnerships across the Americas and Europe, while also overseeing global operations. His mandate will focus on strengthening client engagement, scaling capabilities, enhancing market execution and driving sustained business impact for clients.
Krishnan brings extensive experience in building and scaling strategic client relationships and translating complex technology and analytics solutions into scalable products and platforms. His professional background spans technology, analytics, business strategy, consulting and go-to-market leadership. His profile highlights his experience in building C-level relationships and driving market growth for emerging organizations.
Prior to joining C5i, Krishnan spent more than 17 years with LatentView Analytics, where he held several leadership positions, including Chief Client Officer and Chief Sales Officer. As Chief Client Officer, he headed the global business and focused on delivering client experiences, developing capabilities and strengthening value propositions. Earlier, as Chief Sales Officer, he established the sales function with a focus on consultative selling and helped secure more than 30 new logos, including over a dozen multi-million-dollar strategic relationships during a three-year period.
His earlier career includes leadership and client-facing roles with LatentView Analytics, CS Solutions, Cognizant Technology Solutions and Wipro Technologies, giving him experience across sales, business development, account management, delivery, technology and strategic initiatives.
At C5i, Krishnan joins at a significant stage in the company’s growth journey. The company has expanded its capabilities and global footprint, including through strategic acquisitions such as Analytic Edge and Datavid. The appointment is expected to support C5i’s efforts to integrate these capabilities, scale its impact and strengthen its position as enterprise clients increasingly look for partners that combine consulting, domain expertise, analytics, technology, AI and scalable execution.

Krishnan’s combination of consulting, solutioning, client leadership, sales and operational experience positions him to play a central role in C5i’s next phase of growth. His responsibilities across client relationships, sales, account management, partnerships and operations will bring together the commercial and operational dimensions of the company’s business across key global markets.
Krishnan holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and a B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Kerala.
With his appointment as President & COO, Krishnan Venkata will be instrumental in strengthening C5i’s client relationships, scaling its global operations and helping translate its technology, analytics and AI capabilities into greater business value for clients.
