Max Zhu Joins Flarre.AI as Chief Operating Officer

Max Zhu has joined Flarre.AI as Chief Operating Officer, bringing nearly two decades of experience in the insurance industry to the agentic AI company as it scales carrier adoption and enterprise delivery.

Flarre.AI is an agentic AI platform purpose-built for insurance operations and delivery.

Zhu brings experience across enterprise transformation programs, policy administration system modernization, underwriting effectiveness and risk assessment. His background includes architecting solutions that connect business requirements with technology capabilities and supporting process transformation across complex insurance operations.

In his new role as COO, Zhu will oversee operations spanning carrier adoption, platform delivery, professional services, the partner ecosystem and operational execution across the Americas, UK, APAC and ANZ.

He will work closely with Flarre.AI’s founding team to align product, engineering and go-to-market strategies around carrier outcomes. His mandate will also include supporting the company’s efforts to connect business needs with technology capabilities as it expands its insurance-focused AI solutions.
