Servo brings over two decades of experience across customer success, go-to-market strategy, and enterprise transformation. He has been instrumental in scaling several major Indian SaaS companies, including HighRadius, and has consistently demonstrated the ability to enable industry leaders to unlock measurable business value through AI-led transformation.
In his new role, Servo will work closely with supply chain leaders to shape and execute their AI transformation strategies. As enterprises increasingly depend on AI-driven solutions, a major challenge has been bridging the gap between understanding current operational bottlenecks and implementing AI-native technologies that deliver tangible outcomes. Servo’s expertise in translating complex technology into clear, high-impact customer results will be pivotal in enabling Shipsy’s 150+ global customers to maximize returns on their logistics technology investments.
He will also collaborate with Shipsy’s product and engineering teams to ensure that customers can seamlessly orchestrate their digital workforce and transition toward an agentic, AI-powered future.
