Trupeer has appointed Raghu Subramanian as President and Chief Business Officer. In his new role, he will focus on driving the company’s global growth strategy across enterprises, SaaS companies, Global Capability Centers (GCCs), and technology-enabled business services organizations worldwide.
Subramanian brings more than 25 years of experience in enterprise technology, automation, and artificial intelligence. He was a founding member of the leadership team at UiPath and established the company’s India operations in 2016. As President and CEO for India and APAC, he played a key role in expanding UiPath’s regional presence and supporting its growth into a global automation company.
Prior to UiPath, he served as Chief Technology Officer at Hexaware and led automation initiatives at EXL Service. Throughout his career, he has worked extensively in automation, business process management, and enterprise AI adoption.
The appointment comes as organizations increasingly focus on scaling AI initiatives across their operations. With enterprises moving beyond experimentation and into large-scale AI deployment, structured and accessible organizational knowledge is becoming a critical requirement for successful implementation.
