Nitin brings over three decades of cross-functional leadership experience across India, APAC, and Europe. A seasoned business leader with a proven record in organizational turnaround, sustainable growth, and customer-centric innovation, he steps into this role with a deep understanding of the industrial manufacturing and metallurgical sectors.
Prior to joining Unitherm, Nitin served as Managing Director at Von Roll India, a global player in electrical insulation systems, and held leadership positions at Sandvik Materials Technology, Kanthal, and Ashok Leyland. His expertise spans general management, strategic planning, manufacturing, sales, and business transformation.
Known for his people-first leadership philosophy, Nitin has consistently driven cultural and operational shifts across global organizations. His experience in leading change across diverse cultural settings—having lived and worked in Shanghai and Düsseldorf—adds a significant edge as Unitherm strengthens its international footprint.
Nitin Chaudhari holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Amravati University. He has further sharpened his leadership and strategic skills through executive programs at globally renowned institutions, including the Accelerated Management Program at the Indian School of Business (ISB) and the Executive Management Program at the Stockholm School of Economics. His global academic background has played a pivotal role in shaping his adaptable leadership style and forward-looking business approach.
