Allana Consumer Products Limited (ACPL) has announced the appointment of Manish Bandlish as its Managing Director, effective December 1, 2025. In his new role, Bandlish will lead the company’s overall strategy, with a focus on strengthening consumer brands, accelerating growth across key categories, and building long-term value.
Based at the Allana Centre in Mumbai, Bandlish will oversee ACPL’s diversified portfolio spanning pet food, frozen fruits and vegetables, bakery essentials, byproducts, coffee, and other consumer segments. His mandate includes driving brand-led growth, enhancing go-to-market capabilities, and scaling distribution models across India and international markets.
Bandlish brings over 25 years of leadership experience across the FMCG, retail, and manufacturing sectors. Most recently, he served as Managing Director at Mother Dairy, where he led the organisation through a phase of significant transformation. During his tenure, Mother Dairy strengthened its innovation pipeline, improved operational agility, and evolved into a more consumer-centric enterprise with a strong national footprint.
Earlier in his career, Bandlish held senior leadership roles at JK Foods, Metro Cash & Carry, Subhiksha, and Marico, giving him deep exposure to multiple formats, categories, and consumer ecosystems. He is a B.Tech graduate from Jamia Millia Islamia and holds an MBA in Marketing from IIM Lucknow.
