Araiya Hotels & Resorts has appointed Akshay Kulkarni as its new Chief Business and Strategy Officer (CBSO). In this pivotal role, Akshay will lead the company’s strategic growth efforts, focusing on expanding its hotel portfolio, fostering key partnerships, and unlocking new market opportunities.
With over 27 years of experience in the hospitality and real estate sectors, Akshay has an impressive track record of driving profitability and managing large-scale hospitality and mixed-use projects across South and Southeast Asia. His extensive expertise spans business development, project execution, and asset management.
