L’Oréal has announced the promotion of Aniket Basu to Chief Digital Officer (CDO) of its Consumer Products Division. In this new role, Basu will lead digital transformation efforts and implement innovative strategies to enhance consumer engagement across the division.
Basu has been a key contributor to L’Oréal’s digital success, previously serving as the Digital Media Lead for South Asia Pacific, Middle East, and North Africa (SAPMENA). His strategic vision and leadership have played a pivotal role in driving enhanced digital experiences and accelerating growth across these regions.
Before joining L’Oréal, Basu held senior leadership roles, including Senior Director of Technology and E-Commerce at Essence (Singapore), and key positions at Wavemaker, where he led strategic digital initiatives.
