Throughout his career, Marker has held key leadership roles at Bastian Hospitality, EHV International, and Massive Restaurants, driving growth across operations, marketing, CRM, and team development. He has been instrumental in introducing renowned global brands such as Hard Rock Café, Pizza Hut, and Ping Pong to the Indian market. His proven operational expertise and strategic vision are expected to add depth, clarity, and momentum to MLH’s expansion plans.
Founded and led by Sumit Govind Sharma, MLH has established a strong presence in Mumbai with a portfolio of distinctive dining concepts, including EVE—a refined all-day space with branches in Powai, Worli, and Santacruz offering global cuisine with an elegant, relaxed atmosphere—Que Sera Sera, known for its European comfort dining, and TAT, which showcases regional Indian cuisine. The group is recognized for its sharp brand positioning, strong business acumen, and commitment to delivering standout guest experiences.
