OneAssist Consumer Solutions, a leading consumer assistance and protection platform, has appointed Abhishek Maheshwari as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective September 1, 2025. He will also join the company’s Board of Directors.
In his new role, Maheshwari will be responsible for shaping business strategy, financial performance, and expansion into new categories and geographies, while driving innovation through technology-led solutions.
Maheshwari brings over two decades of leadership experience across the technology, media, and education sectors. He previously served as CEO of Aakash Educational Services, was President of International Business at Byju’s, and also held senior leadership positions as Country Head of Disney India.
