AXISCADES Technologies Ltd, a leading end-to-end technology and engineering solutions provider, has appointed Ravikumar Joghee as its new Chief Strategy & Marketing Officer. In addition to this role, he will also serve as President – USA, leading the company’s growth and expansion in North America.
Ravikumar brings over 30 years of diverse experience across aerospace and defence, mobility, BFSI, and IT. He has held senior leadership roles at Wipro, Sandvik, and Numentica Technologies, where he drove brand transformation, operational excellence, and digital innovation across global markets.
This appointment also marks his return to AXISCADES — during his earlier stint with the company in 2010 as Vice President, Ravi led strategic programmes for marquee clients such as Airbus and Bombardier and was instrumental in establishing multiple design centres across India and Europe.
In his new capacity, Ravi will oversee the company’s strategic initiatives and talent acquisition efforts. His leadership is expected to support AXISCADES’ broader transformation into a “Chip to Product” organization — integrating services from semiconductor design to final product delivery — and expanding its capabilities in prototype development and batch production across defence, aerospace, electronics, and semiconductor verticals.
