Dinesh is a seasoned technology executive with over 24 years of experience in driving enterprise modernization, digital strategy, and platform engineering. Since joining Ideassion, he has played a key role in aligning technology with business imperatives, fostering innovation, and delivering transformative outcomes across functions. His leadership has been instrumental in shaping a future-ready technology ecosystem within the organization.
In his new role as CDO, Dinesh will spearhead Ideassion’s digital agenda, leading initiatives across AI, IoT, blockchain, and advanced analytics to build cutting-edge products and platforms. He will also focus on elevating customer experiences through data-driven personalization, omnichannel strategies, and robust digital governance frameworks. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, he will champion a culture of agility, innovation, and collaboration.
Prior to this elevation, Dinesh served as Vice President – Technology at Ideassion, where he led several high-impact programs and mentored teams toward engineering excellence. His professional journey includes leadership roles at Foodhub, Ad2pro Media Solutions, and Tata Communications, where he successfully delivered large-scale digital transformations and product innovation across global markets.
Dinesh is a certified Independent Director and holds multiple globally recognized credentials, including PMP®, PRINCE2® Practitioner, Agile Certified Practitioner, AWS Solutions Architect – Associate, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect, and CISM® (Certified Information Security Manager). These certifications reflect his commitment to continuous learning and excellence in project leadership, cloud architecture, cybersecurity, and enterprise governance.
Known for his ability to scale platforms, nurture high-performance teams, and lead organizations through complex technological and cultural shifts, Dinesh has delivered over 25 digital products and played a pivotal role in multiple strategic acquisitions during his career.
