Vivek Jetley will assume the role of CEO of Hexaware on October 28, 2026, succeeding Srikrishna Ramakarthikeyan (Keech), who will transition to a Senior Advisor role.
Hexaware Technologies has appointed Vivek Jetley as CEO Designate, marking a significant leadership transition as the AI-first digital and IT services company enters its next phase of growth. Jetley will join Hexaware and assume the role of Chief Executive Officer on October 28, 2026.
The appointment comes at a pivotal time for the technology services industry, as the rapid adoption of artificial intelligence continues to reshape enterprise technology, service delivery models and client expectations. At Hexaware, Jetley will focus on accelerating growth and scaling the company’s AI-led services model globally.
Jetley brings more than 25 years of experience across AI and data, enterprise transformation, analytics and strategy, with a track record of building global businesses, managing large P&Ls and developing new growth engines during periods of significant technological change.
He joins Hexaware from EXL, where he currently serves as President and leads the company’s Insurance, Healthcare and Life Sciences businesses. Previously, he served as President and Head of EXL Analytics, where he was responsible for building and leading advanced analytics, AI services and enterprise data management capabilities for clients across industries.
Jetley joined EXL in 2006 through its acquisition of Inductis, a specialized analytics consulting firm where he was a partner. During his tenure at EXL, he has held several leadership positions spanning corporate strategy, strategic partnerships, innovation and acquisitions.

The leadership transition will also mark the conclusion of Srikrishna Ramakarthikeyan’s 12-year tenure as CEO of Hexaware. He will step down as CEO and as a member of the Board of Directors effective October 28, 2026, and will continue with the company as Senior Advisor to support a smooth transition.
