IBS Software, a leading SaaS solutions provider to the travel industry globally, has announced the appointment of Abha Dogra as Chief Product Officer (CPO). The appointment underscores the company’s commitment to an AI-first approach, focused on delivering intelligent, customer-centric solutions that enhance reliability, speed, and personalization across its product ecosystem.
In her new role, Abha will lead IBS Software’s global product organization, overseeing product vision, strategy, and execution across the company’s diverse portfolio. She will collaborate closely with the engineering, customer success, and go-to-market teams to build next-generation travel technology platforms that drive measurable value for customers. Her focus will include integrating AI-native capabilities—from intelligent decision-making to automation—across the entire product lifecycle.
Abha brings over two decades of global leadership experience in product and technology, having held senior positions at ADP, Iron Mountain, Akamai, PTC, Schneider Electric, and most recently at CAE, where she served as Chief Product and Technology Officer. She holds an MBA from NMIMS, Mumbai, and a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Boston University.

The announcement follows a series of key leadership additions at IBS Software, including Amit Jain’s appointment as Senior Vice President and Global Head of Engineering. Together, Abha and Amit will align product strategy with engineering execution, leading a global team of over 1,000 professionals across India, the US, UK, and Canada. These leadership moves reflect the company’s commitment to advancing its AI-first operating model and driving scalable innovation.
