Optiv India has announced the appointment of Maninder Bharadwaj as Senior Vice President and Managing Director, marking a significant leadership addition as the organisation continues to strengthen its digital and technology capabilities.
In his new role, Maninder will lead the India operations, driving strategic expansion initiatives, strengthening cyber advisory platforms, and enabling scalable, secure, and future-ready operations aligned with evolving business objectives across the cybersecurity landscape.

Maninder Bharadwaj brings over 24 years of leadership experience. Prior to joining Optiv India, he served as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Providence India. He has also held senior leadership positions at Tech Mahindra, Deloitte, and Hewlett Packard Enterprise, contributing extensively across cybersecurity, risk, and technology domains.
