Syngene International has announced the appointment of Gaurav Kushwaha as its new Chief Technology Officer (CTO). In this role, he will be responsible for leading the company’s digital and technology-driven initiatives, further strengthening Syngene’s capabilities in delivering innovative solutions to its clients.
With over 24 years of experience in IT and digital transformation, Gaurav brings deep expertise across diverse sectors including telecom, banking, defence, pharmaceuticals, and manufacturing. His career has been marked by a consistent focus on leveraging technology to drive strategic business outcomes, improve operational efficiency, and deliver measurable impact on EBITDA.
Prior to joining Syngene, Gaurav served as the Chief Digital & Information Officer at Jubilant Ingrevia Limited. He has also held leadership roles at several prominent organizations including Indus Towers, Wipro Infotech, Comverse, Convergys, Tata Consultancy Services, and The Tata Power Company Ltd.
