ECL Finance Limited has announced the appointment of Pramod Shah as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). With over two decades of experience in human resources leadership, Pramod brings a proven track record in driving strategic HR transformation, fostering cultural alignment, and strengthening talent development across leading financial and technology-driven organizations in India.
His appointment underscores ECL Finance’s commitment to building a high-performance, people-centric organization and advancing its human capital strategy as the company continues to evolve in a dynamic financial landscape.
Before joining ECL Finance, Pramod served as Group CHRO at SarvaGram, where he led comprehensive people strategies and established robust frameworks for talent management and employee engagement across multiple business units. Earlier, at Tata Digital, he played a key role in designing HR structures to support digital-first business models, and during his tenure at Tata Capital as Vice President – HR, he spearheaded transformation programs and introduced innovative HR practices that enhanced organizational agility and growth.
Pramod’s earlier experience includes senior HR leadership roles at Axis Bank, ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, and Capgemini, where he managed large teams, led leadership development initiatives, and embedded HR frameworks aligned with business goals. His cross-sector exposure spanning banking, insurance, digital, and technology has equipped him with a deep understanding of workforce dynamics across traditional and emerging industries.
