InCred Premier has announced the appointment of Rishi Dhaddha as its Country Head, strengthening its senior leadership as the firm continues to scale its wealth management and private banking franchise in India. Based in Mumbai, Dhaddha steps into the role with nearly 28 years of experience across banking and financial services.

Dhaddha brings deep expertise in wealth management, priority banking, retail banking, and investment product platforms, having led large teams and regional operations across some of India’s leading financial institutions. Prior to joining InCred Premier, he served as Head – Wealth Management at Union Bank of India, where he played a key role in strengthening the bank’s wealth advisory platform and enhancing client engagement.
Earlier, he was Zonal Head (West) at SBI Wealth, overseeing business operations across one of the organisation’s most critical regions. His career also includes senior leadership roles at IndusInd Bank, Capital First, and ICICI Bank, spanning responsibilities such as scaling wealth businesses, strengthening operational frameworks, and building distribution networks. His early leadership grounding at ICICI Bank contributed significantly to shaping his approach to large-scale banking and financial services.
In addition, Dhaddha has international exposure through his association with ICICI Bank UK Plc, which has added a global perspective to his leadership experience.
In his new role at InCred Premier, Dhaddha is expected to focus on driving growth, scaling premium wealth solutions, and strengthening the firm’s national footprint, aligned with the organisation’s long-term strategy and client-centric approach.
Outside of his professional role, Dhaddha is an avid table tennis enthusiast, reflecting a disciplined and competitive mindset that complements his leadership style.
