Gunjan Agarwal has joined Vinmart Group as Deputy Vice President (Global Sales & Business Development Head). In this strategic leadership role, she will drive global market penetration, lead revenue growth initiatives, and strengthen strategic partnerships across key international markets.
With over 20 years of diverse experience across Media, Banking, and Financial Services, Gunjan is recognised for her ability to scale businesses, develop high-impact sales strategies, and lead cross-functional teams toward delivering measurable outcomes. Her responsibilities at Vinmart include strategic planning, sales leadership, revenue forecasting, product-market alignment, and key account management.
Gunjan’s career spans leadership roles at Axis Bank, where she contributed to key portfolios within the Government Coverage Group (SPT), and nearly seven years at IndusInd Bank, where she progressed to the role of Product Head (Deputy Vice President) for the Government Banking Group across India.
She also brings valuable experience from the media industry through her roles at Dainik Jagran and Pardafash Magazine, where she led marketing, brand initiatives, events, and revenue generation across multiple verticals.
