Computer Age Management Services Limited (CAMS) has announced the appointment of Prasenjit Datta as its Chief Technology Officer (CTO), effective May 21, 2026.
Prasenjit Datta brings close to two decades of experience in technology leadership, digital transformation, IT strategy, and enterprise engineering across the financial services and technology sectors. Prior to joining CAMS, he served as the Chief Technology Officer and Chief Information Officer at Vivriti Capital and Vivriti Asset Management, where he led the organization’s technology vision and digital initiatives.
Before Vivriti, he held leadership roles at companies including Tech Mahindra, Cognizant, Oracle Corporation, and RBL Finserv, gaining extensive experience in IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, financial technology, and innovation-driven transformation.
Datta holds an Engineering degree from Visvesvaraya Technological University and a postgraduate degree in business administration from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore. He has also completed an advanced certification in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning from the International Institute of Information Technology Hyderabad.
With his strong background in technology strategy and financial services innovation, CAMS is expected to further strengthen its digital and technology capabilities under his leadership.
