Knack RCM has appointed Vijayashree Natarajan as Chief Technology Officer (CTO), strengthening its technology leadership as the company continues to advance its AI-led healthcare automation and revenue cycle management capabilities for global healthcare organizations.
With over 25 years of experience in technology transformation, artificial intelligence, enterprise automation, healthcare technology, and digital modernization, Natarajan brings extensive expertise in building scalable technology solutions and driving innovation-led transformation.
In her new role, she will lead Knack RCM’s technology strategy, innovation initiatives, platform modernization, and AI-driven transformation efforts to support the company’s growth and evolving healthcare technology capabilities.
Prior to joining Knack RCM, Natarajan served as Chief Technology Officer and SVP – Head of Technology at Omega Healthcare Management Services, where she focused on AI-powered transformation initiatives involving Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Agentic AI technologies to enhance healthcare operations and digital delivery models.
During her tenure at Omega Healthcare, she played a key role in enabling digital transformation initiatives for healthcare clients by integrating automation frameworks, AI-driven solutions, and analytics capabilities into operational workflows.
Before Omega Healthcare, Natarajan spent more than a decade at Cognizant Technology Solutions, holding leadership roles across Intelligent Process Automation, product engineering, enterprise mobility, and digital transformation. As BU Head – Intelligent Process Automation, she led automation programs for global healthcare clients across areas including claims, revenue cycle management, customer service, and operational processes.
At Cognizant, she was instrumental in scaling the Intelligent Process Automation practice into a $100M+ revenue business and driving automation-led transformation initiatives across healthcare, life sciences, insurance, banking, and financial services sectors. Her experience includes robotic process automation (RPA), AI-powered operations, automation governance, analytics, and cloud-enabled transformation programs.
Earlier in her career, Natarajan held technology leadership roles at iNautix Technologies, where she worked on enterprise architecture, banking technology solutions, and digital transformation initiatives.
