Practo has appointed Srijesh Kumar as its Global Chief Product and Technology Officer, strengthening its leadership as the company advances its technology-driven healthcare vision.
With over two decades of experience in building and scaling large-scale enterprise platforms, Srijesh brings deep expertise across product engineering, platform development and global technology operations. Prior to joining Practo, he held a leadership role at Salesforce, where he led product engineering initiatives. He has also worked with organisations such as Expedia Group, Adobe, Microsoft and Punchh.
In his new role, Srijesh will lead Practo’s product and technology functions, bringing together engineering, product development and data capabilities to enhance platform intelligence. His appointment comes at a time when the company is accelerating the integration of AI across the healthcare ecosystem.
“We’re at an inflection point in how technology is shaping healthcare globally, with AI redefining how systems are built, scaled and experienced,” said Shashank ND, Founder and CEO of Practo. “Srijesh brings deep expertise in building platforms at global scale with a strong product mindset and his experience will be invaluable as we continue to push the boundaries of what’s possible with AI in healthcare.”
The company continues to build on its mission of enabling better health outcomes through structured healthcare data and technology, with a focus on improving patient and provider experiences across global markets.
His appointment follows recent investments in strengthening the company’s technology leadership. When asked about his new role, Srijesh shared, “What drew me to Practo is the opportunity to work on problems that have a real, human impact at scale. Healthcare is one of the most meaningful areas where technology can make a life-changing difference, not just in improving access but in reducing suffering and enabling better health outcomes.”
He further added, “India today has the talent and capability to build platforms that can scale globally and Practo has already demonstrated that. I’m looking forward to building on this foundation and contributing to the next phase of its global journey.”
