Rainbow Children’s Hospitals has announced the appointment of Abrarali Dalal as Chief Executive Officer, effective January 20, 2026. The leadership transition marks an important milestone as the organization continues to strengthen its focus on delivering high-quality, patient-centric healthcare for women and children.
Dalal joins Rainbow following a highly impactful tenure as Managing Director & CEO of Sahyadri Hospitals, where he played a pivotal role in building Maharashtra’s largest healthcare chain. His leadership was instrumental in driving scale, operational excellence, and sustainable growth across the network.
With over 25 years of experience in the healthcare sector, Dalal brings deep expertise across hospital operations, clinical excellence, expansion strategy, and profitability improvement. His career includes senior leadership roles at Rainbow Children’s Hospitals and Fortis Hospitals, where he contributed to the growth and integration of large, multi-city healthcare platforms.
In his new role, Dalal will be responsible for leading Rainbow’s next phase of expansion, strengthening clinical and operational performance, and driving long-term value for patients, partners, and stakeholders. His appointment follows the recommendation of the Company’s Nomination and Remuneration Committee and approval by the Board of Directors.
