Yellow Fertility, one of India’s most affordable and rapidly growing fertility centres, has announced the appointment of Dr. Reji M. Pillai as its Group Chief Operating Officer (COO).
A seasoned healthcare leader with over two decades of cross-functional experience, Dr. Reji brings a wealth of expertise in managing multi-site healthcare operations, driving process excellence, and delivering measurable business outcomes across India and international markets.
Throughout his career, Dr. Reji has overseen operations across 100+ healthcare facilities, managing large-scale P&L portfolios exceeding ₹300 crore. His professional journey spans India, the UK, and Europe, where he has played a pivotal role in strengthening healthcare delivery systems, enhancing patient experience, and executing multi-market expansion strategies.
At Yellow Fertility, Dr. Reji will lead end-to-end operations, focusing on process standardisation, regulatory compliance, digital transformation, and scaling the company’s multi-centre network in line with its ambitious growth plans.
Before joining Yellow Fertility, Dr. Reji served as Interim COO and Vice President – Group Operations at IHPL, where he oversaw a diversified healthcare portfolio comprising multi-speciality hospitals, a 74-branch fertility division, and a nursing education institution. During his tenure, he successfully expanded IHPL’s network from 51 to 72 centres within seven months, developed a ₹15+ crore revenue pipeline, achieved 8% revenue growth, and led a digital transformation initiative that reduced operational costs by 5.3% while improving patient throughput.
