ANCA CNC Machines, a global leader in high-precision CNC tool and cutter grinding technology, has appointed Raghavendra Koneri as Country Manager – India, effective July 1, 2025.
This strategic appointment coincides with ANCA’s 50th anniversary, reaffirming its long-term commitment to the Indian market—one of the world’s fastest-growing hubs for advanced manufacturing and tooling solutions.
Raghavendra brings with him over 17 years of experience spanning manufacturing, machine building, application engineering, and sales. He has held leadership roles at renowned organizations such as 3M India, Kool Cut Technologies, and Cobra Carbide (Ceratizit Group). Notably, this is not his first stint at ANCA—having worked with the company during two previous tenures, he is deeply familiar with its products, culture, and customer needs.
Throughout his career, Raghavendra has successfully led high-performing teams across Asia, driving revenue growth, market expansion, and customer engagement through strategic leadership and commercial insight. His international exposure in over 19 countries, combined with his deep domain knowledge in CNC grinding, super abrasive solutions, robotics, and automation, makes him well-positioned to steer ANCA’s India operations into the next phase of growth.
