Jaipur-based INA Solar, the solar energy arm of Insolation Energy, has announced the appointment of Abhishek Kaushal as its Chief Business Officer (CBO).
Abhishek brings over 15 years of experience across the energy sector, with a strong track record in business development, market expansion, and strategic growth. Prior to joining INA Solar, he served as Director – South Asia at Anhui Huasun Energy Co., Ltd., where he played a key role in strengthening the company’s regional presence.
Widely recognised for his expertise in market entry strategy, sales growth, and contract negotiations, Abhishek holds an MBA in Oil & Gas and possesses a deep understanding of the end-to-end energy value chain, spanning both conventional and renewable energy segments.
His career includes senior leadership roles across government organisations, private enterprises, and global manufacturing companies, working closely with both Indian and Chinese stakeholders. This diverse exposure has strengthened his capabilities in operations, project management, and team leadership.
With a global perspective and an execution-focused approach, Abhishek Kaushal is expected to play a pivotal role in driving INA Solar’s growth strategy and expanding its market footprint in the rapidly evolving renewable energy landscape.
