Jeh Aerospace, a precision aerospace manufacturing company, has announced the appointment of Anuradha Das as its new Chief People Officer (CPO). This strategic leadership move highlights the company’s ongoing commitment to building a future-ready, inclusive workforce and scaling its people-first culture.
Anuradha brings over two decades of diverse HR leadership experience to her new role, having led high-impact people strategies across some of the world’s most respected organizations. Most recently, she served as Chief of People Strategy at Jaguar Land Rover Technology and Business Services India. Prior to that, she made significant contributions at Tata Motors, where she was the company’s inaugural Chief Diversity Officer and the first woman to head HR at both the Sanand and Pune manufacturing plants.
Her career reflects a consistent focus on progressive industrial relations and inclusive leadership. Notably, she played a key role in negotiating landmark long-term settlements with trade unions, ensuring disruption-free operations while driving positive employee engagement.
At Jeh Aerospace, Anuradha will be responsible for building the company’s people and culture function from the ground up. Her mandate includes talent acquisition, organizational design, leadership development, performance management, and learning and development. She will play a central role in fostering a high-performance, values-driven culture as the company enters its next phase of growth.
