Sanjay Ahuja Joins STEER World as Chief Human Resources Officer

STEER World, a pioneering engineering innovation and materials transformation company, has announced the appointment of Sanjay Ahuja as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). With a distinguished career spanning two decades, Sanjay is set to lead STEER World’s HR strategy, fostering organizational growth.

Sanjay Ahuja is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience in talent management, leadership development, and business transformation. Prior to joining STEER World, Sanjay served as the Head of HR at Lakshmi Machine Works Limited (LMW), where he spearheaded critical initiatives, including organizational redesign, leadership development, and business process transformation. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in aligning HR strategy with business goals, driving high performance, and establishing global HR policies.

Before LMW, Sanjay held senior HR leadership roles at TVS Motor Company, Mahindra & Mahindra, and International Tractors Limited. His contributions across these organizations include developing competency frameworks, implementing integrated HR systems, driving employee engagement, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Sanjay holds an MBA in Human Resources from UBS Chandigarh and a BE in Mechanical Engineering from CR State College of Engineering, Murthal. He recently completed the General Management Program at the Indian School of Business, enhancing his strategic leadership capabilities. Additionally, Sanjay is certified in various specialized HR domains, including competency mapping, digital HR strategy, and rewards management.

In his new role, Sanjay will be responsible for advancing STEER World’s human capital strategy, aligning it with the company’s vision of engineering innovation and sustainable growth.
