Serentica Renewables, a leading renewable energy provider in India, has announced the appointment of Satish Kumar Rathor as Chief Operating Officer – Solar & Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
Rathor brings nearly three decades of experience across nuclear, thermal and renewable energy domains. In his new role, he will lead the company’s solar and battery energy storage operations, with a focus on execution excellence, scaling operations and delivering reliable round-the-clock clean energy solutions to industrial consumers.
Over the course of his career, Rathor has built deep expertise in large-scale project execution, operational optimization and energy infrastructure development. His experience spans the successful delivery of complex projects and the integration of clean energy technologies across diverse energy portfolios.

Prior to joining Serentica Renewables, Rathor served as Vice President at KEC International Limited, where he played a key role in leading large-scale renewable energy projects across India. His career is marked by strong execution capabilities, cross-functional leadership and a consistent track record of delivering complex projects at scale.
