SRF Limited has announced the appointment of Samir Kashyap as President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO), marking a significant addition to the company’s senior leadership team. The appointment was approved by the Board of Directors on January 20, 2026, following recommendations from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Audit Committee. Mr. Kashyap will assume office on January 27, 2026.
Kashyap brings over three decades of professional experience, including nearly 20 years in CFO and senior finance leadership roles across globally respected organizations. His career spans leadership positions at companies such as Meta, SAP, and Genpact LLC, where he has overseen complex finance operations across both emerging and developed markets.
His expertise spans financial strategy, digital transformation, corporate finance, profitability management, post-merger integration, investor relations, and corporate governance. Known for building high-performing finance organizations, Kashyap has led teams across controllership, accounting and reporting, financial planning and analysis, compliance, and procurement.
A Chartered Accountant and a Commerce graduate from Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC), Kashyap also brings prior consulting experience across corporate and international tax planning, M&A, due diligence, investment structuring, and business advisory. His leadership is expected to strengthen SRF’s financial discipline and support long-term value creation as the company continues to scale.
