Tembo Global Industries Limited, a leading player in the industrial engineering and manufacturing space, has appointed Fatema S. Kachwala as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP), effective July 15, 2025.
Bringing over 11 years of experience in finance and business operations, Kachwala has a proven track record in financial planning, compliance, strategic execution, and human resource management. She holds a Master’s degree in Commerce from the University of Pune and a Post Graduate Diploma in International Business.
Her appointment was approved by the Board of Directors after a comprehensive review of her qualifications and prior contributions to the organization.
