UPL Ltd. has announced the appointment of Bikash Prasad as its new Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective June 1, 2025, following the retirement of long-serving CFO Anand Vora.
With over 25 years of international finance leadership, Prasad brings deep expertise from the agri-business, food, and FMCG sectors. He joins UPL from Olam Agri, where he served as President & CFO, playing a pivotal role in leading finance transformation, enhancing governance, driving IPO readiness, and spearheading digital finance initiatives across global markets.
A Fellow of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India and a member of the Institute of Management Accountants (USA), Prasad is recognized for aligning financial strategy with business growth and ESG priorities throughout his career.
His appointment marks a significant chapter for UPL as the company continues its journey of global expansion and sustainable growth.
