CxSearch Global Partners has announced the appointment of Souveek Chakraborty as Managing Partner and Chief Evangelist.
With over three decades of experience in executive search, global talent acquisition, and leadership advisory, Souveek has held senior roles with leading organizations such as Reliance Industries, Connect Capital, and Syntel (Atos). He has also served as the India Partner for several global executive search and leadership advisory firms, where he played a pivotal role in shaping senior leadership talent across industries.
At CxSearch, Souveek will spearhead the Global Digital & Technology Practice, working closely with Boards, Founders, Investors, and CXOs to build future-ready leadership teams and expand the firm’s worldwide presence.
