RateGain Travel Technologies Limited (RateGain), a global provider of AI-powered SaaS solutions for the travel and hospitality industry, has appointed Amarpreet Singh as Chief Customer Officer. In this role, Amarpreet will lead RateGain’s global customer organization, focusing on building a tech-augmented delivery model to ensure seamless implementation, rapid onboarding, global support, and continuous value realization across platforms.
As Chief Customer Officer, Amarpreet will work to enhance the client experience by leveraging AI to transform the customer journey, automate support, reduce churn, and unlock new growth opportunities. Collaborating closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams, he will focus on creating smarter processes that deliver faster results and foster long-term customer loyalty.
Amarpreet brings over two decades of experience, having held senior positions at Cvent, WNS and Gwynniebee, where he led global teams and drove technology-led success. At Cvent, he managed worldwide support, services, and implementation, achieving strong outcomes in customer satisfaction and Net Promoter Scores.
