Accenture has announced the appointment of Shaheen Sayed as Chief Commercial Officer of Reinvention Services. In her new role, she will oversee how Accenture delivers AI-powered solutions to help clients adapt and thrive in the AI era. Sayed will play a central role in integrating capabilities to drive sustainable growth and long-term client value, while continuing as a member of Accenture’s Global Management Committee.
She will be succeeded in her previous role as Lead for Accenture in the UK, Ireland & Africa (UKIA) by Matt Prebble, currently Data & AI Lead for EMEA. Prebble will also join the Global Management Committee.

Sayed has been with Accenture for more than two decades, most recently leading its UKIA business where she was responsible for strategy, growth, and overall performance across diverse markets. Prior to that, she headed Accenture’s technology business in the UK and Ireland, focusing on large-scale technology transformations and market innovation. Over the course of her career, she has worked across industries including banking, capital markets, telecommunications, and healthcare.
Prebble, in his role as Data & AI Lead for Europe, has worked with boards and C-suite leaders of global organizations to accelerate reinvention. He has overseen large-scale AI adoption programs, developed responsible AI frameworks, and built ecosystem partnerships to deliver measurable value.
