Hexaware Technologies, a global provider of IT and technology solutions, has announced the appointment of Aditya Jayaraman as Country Head – India. In this role, he will spearhead Hexaware’s India growth strategy, working closely with enterprises and Global Capability Centers (GCCs) under the company’s GCC 2.0 framework.
Aditya brings over 25 years of experience across cloud, consulting, IT services, data, and AI/ML. His career spans Bay Area SaaS startups as well as leading global technology organizations. Prior to joining Hexaware, he led the Hi-Tech vertical for AWS in North America, where he worked with more than 150 Fortune 1000 companies to accelerate their digital transformation journeys.
He has also co-founded a GenAI startup incubator and continues to mentor early-stage ventures on product-market fit, commercialization, and go-to-market strategy. Known for his sharp problem-solving approach, Aditya is recognised for helping teams define clear business challenges and deliver measurable outcomes.
Aditya holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from NIT Trichy, an MBA from IIM Calcutta, and is a CFA charterholder.
