WinWire has announced the appointment of Manesh G. Pillai as its Chief Delivery Officer (CDO), strengthening its leadership team as the company continues its growth and scale-up journey.
In his new role, Manesh will lead WinWire’s global engineering and delivery organization, focusing on driving operational excellence, building high-performing delivery teams, and ensuring consistent, customer-centric execution. He will play a key role in enhancing delivery precision, enabling innovation, and supporting clients as they pursue large-scale digital and AI-led transformation initiatives.
Manesh brings close to three decades of experience across engineering and delivery, having worked with mid to large-sized organizations globally. He has a strong track record of delivering measurable business outcomes at scale, particularly across retail, healthcare, and life sciences sectors.
Prior to joining WinWire, he held senior leadership roles at Emids, Publicis Sapient, and Aditi Technologies, where he partnered with global Fortune 500 companies to lead complex technology and digital transformation programs. He holds academic qualifications in Computer Science and Business Administration.
