Redcliffe Labs has appointed Kshitiz Singh as Chief Business Officer – Inorganic Growth, strengthening its leadership team as the diagnostics company continues to expand its network through strategic acquisitions, partnerships, and business integration initiatives.
The appointment comes as Redcliffe Labs focuses on building a comprehensive diagnostics ecosystem by bringing together pathology, radiology, technology-driven solutions, and preventive healthcare services while increasing its footprint across key markets.
In his new role, Singh will lead the company’s inorganic growth strategy, including mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and integration of acquired businesses. He will work closely with the leadership team to identify growth opportunities, strengthen regional diagnostic operations, and support the expansion of Redcliffe Labs’ healthcare network across India.
Singh brings more than 26 years of experience across diagnostics, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, FMCG, sales leadership, business development, and commercial strategy. His career has involved building business operations, strengthening distribution networks, developing strategic partnerships, and driving growth across multiple organisations.
Before joining Redcliffe Labs, Singh was associated with Agilus Diagnostics, where he served as General Manager and Business Head. During his tenure, he was responsible for business operations and growth initiatives. Earlier, he held leadership roles at Metropolis Healthcare, Piramal Enterprises, Abbott India, Heinz India, Sanofi, AstraZeneca, and GlaxoSmithKline, gaining experience across diagnostics, pharmaceutical sales, channel management, and business development.
Singh’s appointment aligns with Redcliffe Labs’ broader objective of scaling its diagnostics platform and strengthening its presence through strategic expansion initiatives.
