Transformers & Rectifiers (India) Limited (TARIL) has announced the appointment of Bhavin Vahia as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). In this role, he will lead the company’s people and culture strategy.
Bhavin brings over two decades of experience in human resources leadership, with expertise in organizational development, workforce planning, talent management, culture transformation, performance management, employee engagement, leadership development, and HR governance.
Prior to joining TARIL, he held senior HR leadership roles at Zydus Lifesciences, where he led strategic HR initiatives across multiple manufacturing locations. He played a key role in workforce transformation, capability building, the digitalization of HR processes, and leadership development. His professional journey also includes leadership positions at Intas Pharmaceuticals, CLP Power, Cadila Healthcare, Apollo Hospitals, and JMC Projects (India) Ltd.
At TARIL, Bhavin will be responsible for leading the company’s people and culture initiatives as it continues to strengthen its organizational capabilities and build a future-ready workforce.
