Arkam Ventures has elevated Vishnuhari Pareek to the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO), strengthening its leadership team as the early-stage venture capital firm continues to expand its investment platform and deepen engagement with institutional investors.
Pareek joined Arkam Ventures in 2022 as Head of Finance, Legal & Investor Relations and has since played a key role in leading the firm’s finance, governance, compliance, fund operations, investor relations, and legal functions. In his expanded role as CFO, he will oversee fund finance, strategy, investor relations, legal, deal execution, portfolio management, and exit processes while working closely with the investment team and portfolio companies.
A Chartered Accountant with an All India Rank and more than a decade of experience, Pareek has built finance leadership across venture-backed businesses and high-growth startups. Before joining Arkam Ventures, he served as Head of Business Finance at CarDekho, where he led financial planning, P&L management, finance automation, and board reporting for the company’s used-car business. Earlier, he spent nearly five years at Rivigo, contributing to the company’s growth through fundraising, treasury management, financial planning, governance, and corporate finance initiatives. He began his career with ITC Limited and KPMG, building expertise in financial controls, taxation, regulatory advisory, and corporate finance.
During his tenure at Arkam Ventures, Pareek has helped strengthen the firm’s institutional finance and governance framework while supporting a portfolio that includes companies such as KreditBee, smallcase, Jar, SpotDraft, Signzy, Skyroot, and TBX (formerly TransBnk). His elevation reflects Arkam Ventures’ continued focus on building a strong institutional platform with robust financial governance and long-term value creation for its investors and portfolio companies.
