Visier has appointed Pramukh Jeyathilak as its Chief People Officer, strengthening its executive leadership team as the company continues to expand its AI-driven workforce intelligence and transformation capabilities.
Jeyathilak brings more than three decades of global human resources leadership experience across technology, financial services, and consulting. Over the course of his career, he has led people and organizational transformation initiatives at leading global organizations, including London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG), Amazon Web Services (AWS), Fidelity Investments, Microsoft, and Accenture.
Prior to joining Visier, he was the CEO and Co-Founder of TalentLign, an AI-enabled human capital consulting firm focused on workforce transformation and building skills-based organizations.
His appointment comes at a time when organizations are increasingly leveraging AI and workforce intelligence to improve decision-making and drive business outcomes. At Visier, he will lead the company’s global people strategy while supporting its continued growth and helping customers navigate workforce transformation in the AI era.
“Visier is primed for the next stage of what organizations can do to transform through people and talent,” said Pramukh. “Winning companies treat HR as a partner that helps the business move forward. My approach has always been simple: initiatives must drive business outcomes, and decisions must be informed by data. Visier is built to enable this exact kind of thinking. I look forward to helping our customers leverage AI to accelerate their transformation and evolve in real-time.”
Throughout his career, Jeyathilak has led large-scale business transformation initiatives spanning organizational redesign, post-merger integration, digital HR transformation, and skills development. Having worked across North America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, he has played a key role in helping organizations scale during periods of significant growth while building high-performing cultures and operational excellence.
Commenting on the appointment, Ryan Wong, CEO of Visier, said:
“Pramukh has spent his career at the intersection of people strategy and business performance. He asks the same two questions we ask ourselves every day: Who is your customer, and what are you solving for? That orientation, combined with his depth of experience scaling organizations, makes him the right leader to build the People function we need for our next chapter as we support the world’s most successful enterprise organizations as they take on AI transformation.”
Beyond his corporate leadership roles, Jeyathilak is actively involved in developing future HR leaders. He serves on the advisory board of the Purdue Daniels School of Business and mentors aspiring HR professionals through the DECA program, reflecting his commitment to advancing leadership and talent development.
