Swiggy Appoints Nandita Sinha as CEO of Instamart

Swiggy Limited has appointed Nandita Sinha as the Chief Executive Officer of Instamart, effective August 3, 2026. She succeeds Amitesh Kumar Jha, who has stepped down from the role to pursue other opportunities.

Nandita joins Instamart from Myntra, where she served as Chief Executive Officer and led the platform to become India’s largest fashion e-commerce business while continuing to gain market share after achieving EBITDA profitability in 2024. A veteran consumer internet leader with more than two decades of experience, she has built and scaled some of India’s leading consumer businesses across fashion, e-commerce and FMCG through leadership roles at Myntra, Flipkart, Britannia Industries and Hindustan Unilever. She is an alumna of the Indian Institute of Technology (BHU), Varanasi, and the Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), Delhi.

Announcing the appointment, Sriharsha Majety, Managing Director & Group CEO, Swiggy, said:
