LatentView Analytics has appointed Sonal Ramrakhiani as its Chief Executive Officer, effective July 15, 2026, marking a significant leadership transition as the AI-driven analytics and consulting firm accelerates its global expansion strategy.
Sonal succeeds Rajan Sethuraman, who has led the company as CEO since 2019. After more than a decade with LatentView, Rajan will take on the role of Strategic Advisor to the CEO for up to six months, supporting a smooth leadership transition and working closely with Sonal and the Board.
Sonal brings more than 20 years of global leadership experience across technology, engineering, and business transformation. Prior to joining LatentView, she headed Wipro Engineering Edge in the Americas, where she played a key role in driving business growth and strengthening customer relationships. A Tata Administrative Services (TAS) alumnus, she has also held senior leadership positions within the Tata Group, including Chief Operating Officer and President – Sales (Automotive) at Tata Technologies.
Based in the United States, Sonal will lead LatentView’s next phase of growth, with a strategic focus on expanding the company’s footprint across the Americas and Europe while strengthening its AI-first approach to helping enterprises unlock value from data and analytics.

Throughout her career, Sonal has built expertise in enterprise technology strategy, market expansion, AI-led transformation, and developing high-performing organizations. In addition to her executive leadership experience, she serves on the Board of Titan North America and has been recognized among the Top 100 Leading Women in the North American Automotive Industry.
With her extensive international experience and strong presence in the US market, Sonal is expected to play a key role in advancing LatentView’s global growth ambitions and strengthening its position as a trusted partner in AI, analytics, and data-driven business transformation.
