Dabur has appointed Herjit S Bhalla as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – India Business, effective April 23, 2026, according to a regulatory filing.
In his new role, Bhalla will report to Mohit Malhotra, Whole-time Director and Global CEO of Dabur.
Bhalla brings over 25 years of experience across sales, marketing, and general management, with leadership exposure across multiple geographies. Prior to joining Dabur, he was a global executive at The Hershey Company.
He began his career with Unilever, where he worked from 2000 to 2016 in various sales and marketing roles, including a stint as Marketing Director in Moscow between 2009 and 2012.
In 2016, he joined Metro Cash & Carry as Chief Operating Officer and a member of the Executive Board. He later moved to Hershey in 2018 as Managing Director for India and went on to hold several global leadership roles, including Vice President – India & AEMEA, Vice President – Canada & AMEA and most recently, Vice President – Canada & Global Customers.
He will also focus on expanding Dabur’s India business and strengthening its market presence in the domestic market.
